The Hunger Games get a fiery motion poster

_*The Hunger Games*_ *has gone and gotten its first official one-sheet
in the form of a rather flashy motion poster.*

It does a pretty decent job of teasing the movie, as it’ll mean
something to fans of the books, and it’s also intriguing enough
for newbies.

Featuring Katniss Everdeen’s (Jennifer Lawrence) mockingjay pin
(a significant icon from the novels), the poster also sports a tagline
taken from a motto of the alt-future.

The flames, as well as looking impressive, also carry significance to
anyone familiar with the novel.

_The Hunger Games_ is set to open on 23 March 2012, and the producers
are hoping that the trilogy of novels can be spun into four films.
